Pan African News Media Announces Transition in Leadership


[New York, 26th June 2024] - Pan African News Media today announced the departure of Eric Muhia, the former Senior Editor, as he moves on to pursue new opportunities. Eric Muhia has been an integral part of the news organization, contributing his expertise and leadership to the editorial team.

Eric Muhia's departure creates an opportunity for a new chapter in the history of Pan African News Media as we welcome Anthonia J. Oprah to take the mantle of leadership as the new Senior Editor. Anthonia brings a wealth of experience in journalism, advocacy, and editorial leadership to her new role, having previously served as an advocate for women and gender equality and as Editor in Chief of Winners Circle News.

Anthonia J. Oprah will officially assume the role of Senior Editor at Pan African News Media starting on 26th of June 2024. Her appointment marks a new chapter in the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality journalism that resonates with audiences across the continent.
