Adewale Emmanuel Omitiran

Adewale Emmanuel Omitiran is the founder and CEO of Surge Plus Consulting, a firm targeted to helping businesses and individuals grow with Disruptive innovative strategies, he is also the pioneer of the 1% club a club created to bring like minds and great minds together, who are willing to change the narrative and scale up to becoming part of the 1% in the society with help of ideas and disruptive innovations .

As a Canadian IT consultant and a business investor, he holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, a diploma in Business Administration, also a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from the Oral Robert University and also a member of the Project management institute.

Over the years he gained extensive experience in the technology environment with great infrastructure projects while consulting for the big five banks in Canada and other organizations across the globe. He has facilitated a great range of technology projects which includes migration and integration of data warehouses etc. Also as a business investor he has initiated and accomplished various investments in the real estate sector such as (property development and brokerage financing) etc.

With an experience of over a decade he is a seasoned leadership, business, growth and relationship coach with a certification from the John Maxwell School of Leadership, and in 2023 he was recognized by ForbesBLK and become a member of the ForbesBLK. He has led leading organizations and top executive officials in the society to an effective milestone while helping with a transformational shift in mindset and productivity.

Over the years due to his passion for humanity, he has partnered with various non for profit organizations to help the less privileged with feeding, clothing and housing to bring hope to the less privileged. Adewale Emmanuel Omitiran is married to Folakemi Omolara Omitiran and together they have five beautiful daughters.
